What should I do if NIK is not found or not registered during account verification?

If the information appears that your NIK is not found or not registered, please make sure that the NIK you entered is in accordance with your E-KTP first. If it is appropriate but the information still appears then you can confirm with the local Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) to confirm that your NIK is registered according to the E-KTP or not. Furthermore, you can contact our support service if you have confirmed with the party.
