Why Do Delisted Assets Not Appear in the Wallet?
Digital assets that have been delisted from Indodax for a certain period of time may no longer be displayed on the Wallet page.
Attention: The fact that the asset is not displayed does not remove the digital asset balance that is still recorded in your account.
What Should I Do?
If you still have a balance for a delisted digital asset and wish to make a withdrawal, please follow these steps:
Contact Indodax Customer Support to get further information and assistance regarding the withdrawal process.
The Customer Support team will check the availability of the network and the withdrawal feature for the asset in question.
Note:
Withdrawals can only be processed as long as the network and withdrawal feature for the digital asset are still available.
Because the asset is no longer traded on Indodax, the estimated asset value in Rupiah may also be unavailable.
