Please be informed that delisting is an official action taken by the exchange to halt all trading activities for a specific digital asset. This is done after a strict evaluation process regarding liquidity, network security, and compliance with applicable regulations. To ensure you don't miss any information, here are the technical characteristics when an asset enters the delisting process:
Disappears from the Market List: The asset no longer appears in the main market price list on Indodax.
No Buy/Sell Button: On the Indodax application, when you click on the asset, the option to make a buy or sell transaction is no longer available. Meanwhile, on the Indodax website, the Market menu on the Indodax wallet page will be invisible or unavailable.
Wallet Status: Even though trading has been stopped, your asset balance will still be visible in the wallet menu. This is to ensure users can still make withdrawals to an external wallet before system support is completely terminated. The Rupiah value displayed for the digital asset will be 0 because the asset has been delisted on the Indodax market, so the asset can no longer be traded (bought/sold) on the Indodax market.
We will always inform you about coin delistings in advance through the coin market page on the Indodax application and website, as well as on our official blog and official channels. If you hold the digital asset in your Indodax account, we highly recommend that you withdraw the coin to another wallet/exchange that still supports the trading of said coin by using the "Address" withdrawal method.
