Please be advised that you cannot view or download tax report data for the current month. This is because our system is still in the process of compiling all your transaction activities, which continue to accumulate until the last day of the month.

To ensure that the report you receive is final and comprehensive, the tax data compilation process will only be carried out after the current month’s period ends. Therefore, your tax report data will only be available and accessible on the 5th of the following month.

Sample Schedule Simulation:

• If you wish to view the tax report for all transactions in April, that data will only appear in the system and be ready for you to download on May 5.

• While waiting for that date, you can still access and download tax reports from previous months that have already been finalized.

We recommend that you check your account periodically after the 5th of each month to get your latest tax report data.
