We would like to inform you that in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 50 of 2025 concerning Value Added Tax and Income Tax on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions, starting January 1, 2026, the obligation to pay and report taxes on income from staking activities previously carried out by INDODAX is now the responsibility of each member.

In line with these provisions, INDODAX will no longer withhold or collect Income Tax (PPh) on staking rewards provided through the INDODAX platform.
