In order to protect your funds and assets from account takeover attempts, our security system requires you to complete the Unlock Activity process first. Unlock Activity is a security protocol designed to ensure that users who have recently changed their phone number are the legitimate account owners and to provide a waiting period (usually several days) to protect the account from unauthorized access by third parties.

After you have successfully completed the Unlock Activity procedure according to the instructions provided by our system, you will be able to withdraw Rupiah and Crypto funds for the first time after changing your phone number.
