If your Indodax account is locked and you have problems requesting an “Unlock PIN” via SMS service because the main registered phone number is no longer active, the first step that needs to be done is to change the phone number. You can select the “Lost phone number?” option in the bottom right corner.
Please complete each column to proceed with the phone number change first. After successfully replacing the phone number with a new and active number, you can request PIN unlock again. With the updated phone number, the SMS service to get the unlock PIN will be sent to the new number. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our Indodax support service again.
