Are my DAX Points refundable if I get a "Zonk"?

No. Any DAX Points that have been used to play the Claw Machine are final and cannot be canceled or refunded (non-refundable).

What happens if a specific reward runs out of stock?

Every reward in the DAX Gacha has limited availability. Once the quota for a specific reward runs out, it will be automatically removed from the game's rotation.

How do I claim a physical reward if I win?

Specifically for physical rewards won through the DAX Gacha event, the reward must be picked up directly at the INDODAX Head Office in Jakarta. The delivery option is not available for DAX Gacha rewards.

The INDODAX team will contact you via your registered email to coordinate the pick-up schedule. When collecting the reward, you must present your original physical ID (KTP/Passport) that matches your registered account. If you are unable to attend, the pick-up can be delegated to a representative by providing a formal power of attorney (surat kuasa resmi).
