We understand that experiencing issues with your mobile device can be concerning, especially if you have enabled the Biometric Authentication security feature to access your INDODAX account.
Regarding this situation, there is no need to worry. The Biometric security feature is specifically tied to your mobile device’s hardware. Therefore, here are the terms and steps that will occur when you transfer access to your account:
Access via a New Device: You can still log in to your INDODAX account using your email and password as usual via another device.
Automatic Biometric Deactivation: When you successfully log in on the new device, our system will detect the device change and automatically deactivate the Biometric feature (setting it to “Off”). This ensures you won’t be locked out by biometric authorization requests from your damaged device.
Reactivating Biometric Authentication on a New Device
To ensure maximum security and a secure transaction experience on your new device, we recommend that you reconfigure and re-enable the Biometric Authentication feature. For complete instructions on how to enable it, please visit our Help Center via the link below: click here
If you are still experiencing issues logging into your account or need further assistance with access recovery, please do not hesitate to contact INDODAX Customer Support, which is available to assist you 24/7.
