The biometric authentication feature is a security feature that uses human physical characteristics, such as fingerprints and faces to authenticate users.

To activate the biometric authentication feature on INDODAX Mobile App, follow the steps below:

1. Open INDODAX Mobile App.
2. Go to Account Settings menu. 
3. Click “Account Security”.
4. Select “Biometric Access” to activate the biometric security feature.
5. Enter your PIN on INDODAX Mobile App.

6. Complete the biometric authentication process.
7. Enter the OTP code delivered through WhatsApp or SMS method to your registered phone number.
8. The biometric feature has been successfully activated on your INDODAX Mobile App.

To deactivate the biometric authentication feature on INDODAX Mobile App, follow the steps below:

1. Open INDODAX Mobile App
2. Go to Account Settings menu 
3. Click “Account Security” 
4. Select “Biometric Access” to deactivate the biometric security feature

5. Click “Deactivate” on the confirmation pop-up that appears.
6. Complete the biometric authentication process.
7. The biometric feature has been successfully deactivated on your INDODAX Mobile App.
