Can I Use an International Phone Number When Adding the Passkey Feature?

Currently, the Indodax system does not support Passkey registration for accounts using phone numbers outside the Indonesian country code (other than +62).

Temporary Solutions for International Number Users

If you are using a foreign phone number, there is no need to worry. You can still log in to your Indodax account securely using the following alternative methods:

  • Email and Password: Log in manually using your account credentials.

  • Sign in with Google: Use the Google account synchronization feature for quick access.
     

Future Plans

We are constantly working to develop our system to be more inclusive. The Passkey feature is planned to be available for international numbers in the future. We recommend that you monitor our official announcements regularly for updates regarding this feature.

Note: Ensure your Indodax application is always updated to the latest version via the Play Store or App Store to receive the latest security features.
