Yes. Please be informed that Indodax provides a transparent feature allowing you to monitor the bank account details used for Rupiah withdrawals. Here is how to view the bank accounts registered on Indodax:
Via the Indodax Website
Log in to your Indodax account at www.indodax.com.
Please click the 'Wallet' menu.
Then select the asset name 'Rupiah'. After that, please select 'Withdraw'.
You can view it in the Withdrawal Method section by clicking 'Add Address', where you will see the bank accounts you have previously registered.
Via the Indodax App
Log in to your Indodax account on the Indodax App.
Please select the 'Wallet' menu, then click the 'Withdraw' menu in the top right corner of the screen.
You can look at the Withdrawal Method section, and you will see the bank accounts you have previously registered.
Ensure that the bank account owner's name exactly matches the name stated on the identity card (KTP) registered to your Indodax account. Indodax does not allow fund withdrawals to someone else's account. You are allowed to register several different bank accounts, provided they are all under your personal name that matches your identity card (KTP). If you wish to delete or add a new account because the old one is no longer active, you can do this directly in the Withdraw Rupiah menu.
