When withdrawal rupiah to a SeaBank account from your Indodax account, please make sure you use your SeaBank account number not a phone number or E-wallet so that the withdrawal process can proceed. Additionally, for security reasons, the name on the SeaBank account must match exactly the name registered on your Indodax account, as withdrawals can only be made to your personal account; using an account in someone else’s name is not permitted.
