We would like to inform you that once the withdrawal status in your Indodax account is ‘Successful’, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed. This is because the ‘Successful’ status in our system indicates that Indodax has successfully broadcast your asset transfer transaction to the blockchain network. From that point on, the validation process is entirely within the blockchain network mechanism (the asset used), and Indodax no longer has control to intervene or stop the process that is running on the network.

If the status on the Blockchain still shows Pending or Unconfirmed, we recommend that you wait. This is normal, especially when the network is busy (congestion), which causes the confirmation queue to be longer than usual. Your assets will remain secure and are in the queue to be processed by the network validators. However, if after waiting for some time the transaction status on the blockchain changes to Failed or Rejected, please immediately contact Indodax Customer Support. Our team will assist in conducting further checks and processing the return of assets to your account if the transaction is indeed confirmed as failed by the network.
