When trading, order execution is key. However, you may sometimes encounter problems when selling assets, where transactions fail to process and a notification appears stating “Nominal or price does not match”. This failure notification generally occurs when you use the Limit Order transaction method. The main cause is that the selling price you set is too far from the current Market Price. Our system has an automatic mechanism that limits the price range of orders to prevent input errors (fat-finger errors) and maintain market stability. If the price you set is too high or too low compared to the current asset price, the system will reject the order.
To ensure your sale transaction is processed immediately, please follow these steps:
Check the current market price: Note the last price of the asset you want to sell.
Adjust the limit price: If you still want to use the Limit Order method, change your selling price to be closer to the current market price. Make sure the difference is not too extreme.
Use market order (Optional): If you want to sell assets instantly without specifying a queue price, you can switch to the Market/Instant Order method. This method will automatically sell your assets at the best market price available at that time.
By ensuring a reasonable limit price, your sell order will be entered into the Order Book and processed by the system.
