We would like to inform all active Uplines who invite friends or acquaintances to join and trade on Indodax that it is important to understand the policy regarding the active period of your Downlines. This policy is designed to ensure clarity in the calculation of the rewards you receive.

For each Downline you have invited, the active period for calculating your rewards as an Upline is only valid for 90 days.

This 90-day active period is calculated from the moment your Downline meets two main criteria:

• Completing account verification (KYC process) successfully.

• Making their first cryptocurrency transaction on the IDR market.

This means that rewards from trading activities or other commissions generated by your Downline will only be credited to the Upline during this 90-day period.

After the 90-day active period ends, your Downline will automatically have the status “Expired” on the “Invited Friends” list. It is important to note that this “Expired” status is permanent and cannot be reactivated. This means that once your Downline reaches the “Expired” status, you as the Upline will no longer receive rewards or commissions from their activities, even if your Downline continues to actively trade on Indodax. This policy is designed to encourage Uplines to continuously invite new active Downlines while setting a clear time limit for referral reward calculations. We recommend that you continue to monitor your Downline list and maximize the potential rewards you can earn during the 90-day active period.
