How to withdraw Rupiah Balance that is less than Minimum Withdrawal?

We would like to inform you that Rupiah balance withdrawals cannot be processed if the amount is below the minimum withdrawal limit we have currently set, which is Rp100,000. If your Rupiah balance is less than this amount, the withdrawal cannot be processed. However, there’s no need to worry—there are two ways you can withdraw your Rupiah balance:

  • Make an Additional Rupiah Deposit: You can add your Rupiah balance by making a deposit. Once your Rupiah balance reaches or exceeds Rp100,000, you can directly withdraw Rupiah from your account.

  • Sell Assets: You can also sell your crypto assets on our platform. Upon successful sale, the proceeds in Rupiah will be added to your balance. If your total Rupiah balance has reached or exceeded Rp100,000, you can make a Rupiah withdrawal on your account.

We recommend that you check your Rupiah balance before making a Rupiah withdrawal and use the same bank account as your account name so that the Rupiah withdrawal process is not obstructed.
