How do I know the bank account that has been saved?

We would like to inform you that the bank account that you have added to your account will be saved so that when you want to withdraw rupiah, you can use the bank account that you have added.

The following is how to know the bank account that is already saved in your account through the website :

  • To withdraw funds, select "Wallet" and click "Withdraw on the IDR/Rupiah row". On the "Withdraw Rupiah" page, please follow the instructions carefully and fill in your withdrawal details.

  • In the withdrawal method section please select 'Add Address'.

  • After that, you will see a list of your previously saved bank accounts. You can select that bank account when withdrawing rupiah. However, if you want to add another bank account, you can select the '+Add Address' option and fill in your bank account data. Note: You can save a maximum of 10 bank accounts.

The following is how to know the bank account that is already saved in your account through the App :

  • On the home page please select the 'Wallet' menu.
  • Select the 'Withdraw' menu.
  • On the withdraw rupiah page please select '+ Add address' to select the rupiah withdrawal method to be used.
