  • Restart your device.

  • Clear the cache of the App you are using.

  • Please try to repeat the biometric verification.

  • If you still have problems, you can choose other alternative OTP options, such as OTP via Authenticator, WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can try to do the withdrawal process through the website first.
