Permata Virtual Account Payment Guideline

  1. Insert your Permata ATM card.

  2. Enter your PIN.

  3. Select the "Other Transactions" menu.

  4. Select the "Payments" menu.

  5. Choose the "Other Payments" menu.

  6. Select the "Virtual Account" menu.

  7. Enter the Virtual Account Number  8214XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

  8. Then select the debit account you will use.

  9. Confirm your transaction details (e.g., Savings Account).

  10. Your transaction is complete.

 

Mobile Banking

  1. Open the Permata Mobile Internet App.

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

  3. Select "Pay Bills".

  4. Choose "Virtual Account".

  5. Enter your Virtual Account Number  8214XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

  6. Enter transaction authentication/token.

  7. Your transaction is complete.

 

Internet Banking

  1. Open the website https://new.permatanet.com

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

  3. Select "Bill Payment".
  4. Choose "Virtual Account".
  5. Enter the Virtual Account Number  8214XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
  6. Double-check your payment details.
  7. Enter transaction authentication/token.
  8. Your transaction is complete.

 

From Other Banks to Virtual Account Permata

  1. Enter your User ID and Password.

  2. Select “Transfer”.

  3. Choose “to another bank account”.

  4. Select “Destination Bank”.

  5. Enter your Virtual Account number (Permata  8214XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

  6. Input the billed amount as the Transfer Amount.

  7. Done, transaction successful.

 

NOTE:

  1. Minimum deposit is 10,000 IDR.

  2. Maximum deposit is 9,999,999,999 IDR.

  3. A service fee of 1,665 IDR will be deducted from the total deposit.

  4. The balance will be added automatically to your account within 1 bank business day.

  5. For the time being, the feature for depositing using the BI-Fast method is not yet available for transfers from other banks.

  6. Avoid transfers using the RTGS network.

  7. Indodax will not be responsible for a deposit error due to an incorrect Virtual Account (VA) number.
