How to Deposit Via ShopeePay on the Indodax App:
- Log in to your account.
- On the Pro version home menu, you can select the ‘Deposit’ menu, while on the Lite version home menu, you can select ‘Add Balance’.
- You can also select the ‘Wallet’ menu and then click ‘Deposit’.
- Select the ‘ShopeePay’ method.
- Enter your deposit amount.
- Click 'Continue'.
Please make a deposit following the instructions and click ‘Pay’.
You will be directed to open the ShopeePay app. Please click ‘Open’.
After arriving at the ShopeePay page, select ‘Pay Now’.
Enter your ShopeePay PIN.
If you do not have the ShopeePay App, after you click ‘Pay’ on the deposit page, you will be directed to make a payment via the ShopeePay website.
Enter your mobile phone number, then click ‘Continue’.
Please click ‘Send’ to receive the ShoopeePay verification code via WhatsApp to your mobile number.
Please click ‘Pay Now’.
Enter your ShopeePay PIN.
You will receive a pop-up notification that your IDR deposit via ShopeePay has been successful and the balance has been sent to your IDR wallet.
Please click ‘Check IDR Balance’ to view your transaction history.
You will receive a notification that your IDR deposit has been successfully credited to your account and sent to your email.
