Transfer From Other Bank

• Enter your User ID and Password.
• Select “Transfer”.
• Choose “to another bank account”.
• Select “Destination Bank”.
• Enter your Virtual Account number (2803XXXXXXXXXXXX).
• Input the billed amount as the Transfer Amount.

• Done, transaction successful.

   

ATM

• Insert your AGI ATM card.
• Enter your PIN.
• Select the "Other Transactions" menu.
• Select the "Payments" menu.
• Choose the "Other Payments" menu.
• Select the "Virtual Account" menu.
• Enter the Virtual Account Number (2803XXXXXXXXXXXX).
• Then select the debit account you will use.
• Confirm your transaction details (e.g., Savings Account).

• Your transaction is complete.

   

 AGI Mobile Banking

• Open the AGI Mobile Banking.
• Enter your User ID and Password.
• Select "Pay Bills".
• Choose "Virtual Account".
• Enter your Virtual Account Number (2803XXXXXXXXXXXX).
• Enter transaction authentication/token.

• Your transaction is complete.

   

Please Note

1. Make sure the bank account name is the same as the registered name on your Indodax account.
2. Minimum deposit is 10.000 IDR.
3. Maximum Deposit is 50.000.000 IDR.
4. 1.000 IDR of service fee will be charged from the total deposit.
5. For the time being, deposits via BI-Fast and RTGS are not available for transfers originating from other banks.
6. The balance will be added automatically to your account within 1 bank business day.
7. Indodax will not be responsible for a deposit error due to an incorrect Virtual Account (VA) number.
