Profile name on the INDODAX account must be filled according to the name on your identity card (KTP or Passport). If your account has not been verified and there are some minor mistakes on the name, such as your name is not complete as on the identity card, or minor typing mistakes, you can edit your name during the verification process. Please make sure your name is already correct before submitting the verification data.
However, if your account has been verified, you can modify your name only if there are some minor mistakes on the name, or want to add your title. Please contact our customer support and send us your data: current name account, appropriate name account, username, email, phone number, scan/photo of your identity card (KTP/Passport), and the request reason. Our team will help you to edit your account name according to your identity card.
