If an error notification “Face Derection Fail” appears when you do a face detection test during the unlock activity process on your Indodax account through the Indodax application, please take the following steps first:
- Clear / delete the app cache on the device you are using to access Indodax.
- Please restart the device you are using.
- Make sure your internet network is stable or use another provider that can still run smoothly.
- Login to your Indodax account with another device.
- Make sure that you are already using the latest version of the Indodax application.
- Please reload or relogin.
