If your Daily DCA transaction fails to execute on the first attempt, our system will automatically try to process the transaction again the following day. During this retry process, the service fee will be charged again until the transaction is successful. This means that if your transaction is not successful on the first day, the system will try again the next day, and during this retry, the service fee will be deducted again. This mechanism ensures that every transaction attempt can be processed until it is complete.
Our system will retry up to 3 times (for 3 consecutive days). If after 3 attempts the transaction is still unsuccessful, the Daily DCA transaction will be automatically canceled, in accordance with the applicable procedures. After the transaction is canceled, you need to check your OVO account again to ensure sufficient balance and restart your Daily DCA settings. This mechanism is designed to maximize the chances of your transaction succeeding while maintaining the efficiency of our system.
