Why is my account no longer listed as a priority member on Indodax?

Your Indodax account is no longer registered as a priority member because it no longer meets the applicable terms and conditions. Priority status is given to members who meet certain criteria, such as a monthly trading volume of IDR 7,000,000,000 or have total assets (IDR & Crypto Assets) of IDR 500,000,000. If these conditions are no longer met, the priority member status will be automatically revoked.

This is done to ensure that the priority program remains true to its core purpose, which is to provide more benefits to members with high levels of engagement. Even so, you can still use all Indodax services without restrictions, it's just that the exclusive facilities and benefits as a priority member are no longer available. If you want to regain your priority member status, you can pay attention to the terms and conditions required and increase your transaction activity on Indodax. Indodax is always committed to providing the best service to all members, both regular and priority.
