Yes. If the Indodax account owner has passed away, the funds in the account can still be transferred in several ways. If the account can still be accessed, family or trusted parties can withdraw digital assets independently to another account. However, if the account is no longer accessible, the transfer process requires special steps. Families can submit a beneficiary claim by sending an email to support@indodax.com. In submitting this claim, proof that you are the legal heir is required, and funds from the account will only be transferred to family members listed on one Family Card (KK). This process is done to ensure that funds are transferred safely and according to legal procedures. Indodax always strives to facilitate the transfer of funds in a transparent and fair manner. If you have any further questions, Indodax support team is ready to provide assistance.
