If you can no longer access the Authenticator due to a lost or replaced device, uninstalling the Authenticator before performing the reset procedure, or other reasons, please follow these steps:
Please log in to your Indodax account.
Please select the ‘Lost Authenticator?’ option.
Please enter your ‘email’ and ‘phone number’ to receive the OTP code.
You will then receive a notification that the ‘Authenticator Reset’ was successful.
