If you enter the wrong password / email / Google Authenticator combination 5 times in a row, then the account is blocked for 3 hours. You can wait until the blocking period is over and then please try logging in again and make sure to enter the password / email / Google Authenticator correctly.
If you forget your password / email / lose your Google Authenticator, then please change your password / email or reset your Google Authenticator first so you can log back into your Indodax account.
