Why am I blocked by the ‘Failed to verify biometric challenge, signature is invalid’ notification?

If you have a problem with biometrics with the notification ‘Failed to verify biometric challenge, signature is invalid’ we recommend that you clear the cache, restart the device and reinstall your Indodax application first.
