In order to improve the performance of INDODAX services and systems for safer and more convenient #AsetMasaDepan investment, as well as to support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) policies, INDODAX no longer supports IDR withdrawals via the E-wallet method since 23 January 2024 at 13.00 WIB.

The following E-wallet methods that Indodax members can no longer use to withdraw IDR balances:

1. LinkAja.
2. DANA.
3. OVO.
4. Gopay.
5. Shopee Payments.

We can recommend using the IDR withdrawal method available on the Indodax account.
