Hello Indodax Members, in accordance with applicable regulations, Indodax periodically updates customer data to ensure the security of your account and the accuracy of your information.
If your account receives a notification or reminder regarding data updates, please promptly complete your personal and financial information through the “Update Data” menu in the Indodax app. Thank you for your trust and cooperation!
Data Renewal Menu
If you receive a notification to update your information, as shown in the attached image, please tap it.
Next, you’ll be taken to the profile page. Please tap the “Account data needs to be updated” section. Then, continue by tapping the “Update Data” button.
Select Your Citizenship.
Notes: If you change your citizenship to a different one than before, you’ll need to contact our customer support team to complete the re-verification process.
Data Updates for Indonesian Nationals
If there are changes to your ID card information, please select the “Take Photo” option; however, if your ID card information has not changed, you can select the “Skip ID Card Photo” option to continue using your previous identity information. You will then be asked to fill out your financial information.
If you select “Take a Photo,” your ID card information will be updated with the latest details. Please take a photo of your most recent ID card in the box provided, then enter your NIK number and the expiration date of your ID card.
Then click “Save” to continue.
If there are any changes to your most recent ID card information, please enter them in the fields provided.
Next, please enter your financial information based on your current financial situation.
If you reside abroad, please enter your country of residence’s tax number or Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Once you have finished entering your information, please tap Save to continue the process.
Data Updates for Foreign Nationals
Please tap the “Take Photo” button to take a photo of your most recent passport.
After taking a photo of your passport, please enter your passport number and its expiration date, then tap Save.
Next, please take a photo of your most recent KITAP/KITAS, then tap Save.
Please enter your personal information as it appears on your identification documents, including your address on your identification documents and your current residential address. If your information has not changed since your last update, simply check the box labeled “No changes to my information”. Then click “Continue”.
After that, please fill in your financial information based on your current situation and include your tax information according to your country of residence.
You will be prompted to complete the facial verification process; please follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
Once the facial verification process is complete, please confirm your information and agree to the terms and conditions as well as the Individual Tax Residency Statement.
Next, please wait until the process of updating your data is complete.
