If your withdrawal feature is disabled by the system, you can re-enable it yourself by completing a liveness verification to confirm account ownership, thereby ensuring that every outgoing asset transaction remains under your full control. You can also disable the coin withdrawal feature on your own as needed.
How to enable the Coin Withdrawal feature via the App:
Please log in to your Indodax account.
You can select the 'Wallet' or 'Account Security' menu.
If you select the 'Wallet' menu, please click 'Withdraw'. However, if you select the 'Account Security' menu, please select the 'Coin Withdrawal' menu.
Next, click 'Enable Now'.
You will be prompted to complete the facial recognition process. Please follow the instructions displayed on your phone screen.
If the facial recognition process is successful, please proceed to the next step by clicking 'Continue'.

If you have requested activation of the coin withdrawal feature, the system will display a pop-up notification when you access that menu again to inform you that your request is being processed.
If it has not been 24 hours since the feature was deactivated, the system will display a pop-up notification informing you that you need to wait 24 hours before you can reactivate coin withdrawal.
