We would like to inform you that Indodax does not currently offer a Coin Swap feature. However, you can still exchange digital assets using trading pairs, such as the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or Tether (USDT). As an alternative, please follow these steps:

• Sell Your First Asset: Access the ‘Market’ menu, then sell the crypto asset you currently hold for the base currency (select the IDR or USDT pair). Once the transaction is complete, your balance will automatically convert to Rupiah or USDT.

• Buy Your Target Asset: After the sale is successful, use that IDR or USDT balance to buy the new crypto asset you want via the ‘Market’ menu.

Through these two simple steps, you have successfully converted or transferred the value of your assets from one coin to another independently and securely.
