We would like to inform you that, at this time, Indodax does not yet offer a crypto debit card service for direct transactions using your crypto asset balance. Although the debit card service is not yet available, there is no need to worry. You can still easily and securely withdraw or transfer the assets in your Indodax account using the following two main methods:

• Withdrawing Rupiah (Fiat) Balance: You can first sell your crypto assets for Rupiah (IDR) on the Indodax market. After that, you can withdraw those Rupiah funds directly to the destination bank account registered on your account.

• Digital Asset (Crypto) Withdrawal: If you wish to transfer your crypto coins or tokens, you can withdraw these digital assets to an external personal wallet or another exchange platform outside of Indodax, using the blockchain networks supported by our system.
