The Routine Investment feature is designed to make it easy for you to build a digital asset portfolio consistently and automatically. However, under certain conditions, you may find that the status of your investment transaction has changed to “Pending”. This status is generally triggered by a system failure in executing automatic purchases, which is most often caused by insufficient balance in your Rupiah (IDR) wallet when the purchase schedule arrives. There is no need to worry, as these pending transactions can be easily recovered.
To resume your pending Regular Investment transactions, please follow these resolution steps:
Ensure Sufficient Balance (IDR Deposit)
The first and most crucial step is to ensure you have sufficient funds.
Top up or deposit funds into your IDR wallet.
Ensure that the final available balance is equal to or greater than the amount of the pending Regular Investment bill.
Retry the Process
After you have confirmed that your IDR balance has been credited and is sufficient, you need to trigger the system again to make the purchase:
Access the Routine Investment Dashboard menu or go to the Routine Investment Details page on the app or website.
Find the transaction with a pending status, then press the “Retry Purchase” button.
The system will reprocess the transaction using the IDR balance you just topped up.
