We would like to inform you that your asset value may experience an increase even though the general market conditions are declining. This happens because the total estimated asset value is calculated based on the real-time market price of each asset. If the current price of your asset is still higher than your initial purchase price, its value will still be recorded as an increase, regardless of the overall market trend. For more clarity, let's look at the following illustration:

  • You buy a crypto asset for Rp100,000.

  • A few days later, the price of the asset increases to Rp200,000.

  • However, today the price of the asset drops to Rp150,000.

On today's market page, the asset's movement will be recorded as a decrease from Rp200,000 down to Rp150,000. However, when compared to your initial capital of Rp100,000, your asset's value is actually still experiencing an increase to Rp150,000. This is the main reason why your estimated asset value remains positive or increasing.

Furthermore, although crypto market movements are often pegged to Bitcoin, not all digital assets move in the same direction. Sometimes, there is a shift in capital flow from larger assets to smaller ones. If your portfolio is dominated by coins that are currently performing strongly, your total estimated asset value will increase, even if Bitcoin or the market in general is in the red. An increase in estimated balance amidst a declining market is very normal. This indicates a healthy investment dynamic and signifies that your chosen assets have good price resilience, or that you have successfully secured a highly profitable entry point.
