We would like to inform you that when you start a routine investment, you cannot specify an end period or date when the investment will automatically end. The system will only ask you to select a ‘Start Date’. This is because the Routine Investment feature is designed to run continuously, so you don't need to update your settings every time a certain period ends. Even though there is no stop period option at the start of a routine investment, you still have full control over your funds and investment activities. If the routine investment is already active and you decide to stop, you can terminate the routine investment at any time. Simply access the menu for your active routine investment portfolio, then press the “Stop Investment” button. Once the button is pressed, the system will immediately stop deducting funds and purchasing assets for subsequent periods.
