We would like to inform you that when members choose the Virtual Account (VA) deposit method (from any bank supported by Indodax), the applicable procedure is as follows:
No Payment Request *(Request): Members do not need to make a payment request or input the deposit amount in the Indodax system in advance.
Just Copy the VA Number: Members only need to copy the Virtual Account number and use it as the transfer destination number in their banking service.
Free to Enter the Amount: When transferring to the VA number, members are free to enter the desired amount in Rupiah (according to the applicable minimum and maximum limits). The VA system will automatically identify and credit the funds to the member's account.
This mechanism differs from deposits via Direct BCA, which uses a request-based system with a unique code:
Unique Code for Direct BCA: A unique code is used when members wish to make a deposit using Direct BCA by first submitting a payment request (or IDR deposit) on the Indodax system.
Purpose of the Unique Code: The unique code is added to the transfer amount to make it easier for the Indodax system to match the transaction specifically with the order request made by the member.
