We would like to inform you that the total cost you pay when trading (buying and selling) crypto assets is known as the All-in-Fee. This All-in-Fee consists of three main components that have different functions and purposes. Understanding the differences between Service Fee, Tax, and CFX Fee is key to auditing your trading costs.
Service Fee (Indodax Service Fee) is a service fee charged by Indodax as the exchange platform provider. The service fee mechanism uses the Maker-Taker system.
Tax is a cost component mandated by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Indodax as a regulated Physical Crypto Asset Trader (PFAK).
CFX Fee (Crypto Futures Exchange Fee) is an additional fee applied in relation to the role of clearing institutions and futures exchanges. CFX stands for Crypto Futures Exchange (also known as the Indonesian Futures Clearing House/KKI). This mechanism is a small percentage of each transaction value. The application of the CFX Fee is regulated by the BAPPEBTI Head Regulation.
You can view the details of the All-in-Fee for your account through the Profile & Settings menu on the Indodax website or app.
