Indodax is committed to processing every Rupiah (IDR) deposit transaction quickly and accurately. To ensure efficiency and the security of funds, the verification process for deposits via bank transfer—including Direct BCA—requires strict data matching between the confirmation submitted by the member and the transaction proof received by our system.
If you encounter an issue where your Direct BCA deposit confirmation is rejected with the message: “The transfer amount listed on the transfer confirmation does not match the transfer proof”, this indicates a discrepancy in the data you entered during the confirmation process. A rejection with this message occurs specifically because the Rupiah (IDR) amount you entered on the deposit confirmation form in your Indodax account does not match the transfer amount recorded on the bank transfer proof you uploaded or that was received by our system.
The purpose of this amount verification process is to mitigate the risk of money laundering and ensure that funds are credited to the correct member account. To resolve this issue and ensure your funds are credited to your Indodax wallet immediately, we ask that you reconfirm your deposit by following these correction procedures:
Reconfirm Your Deposit: Re-access the deposit confirmation menu on your Indodax account.
Enter the Correct Amount: Make sure you enter the exact same amount (identical) as the amount you have transacted through BCA bank. Double-check your bank transfer receipt down to the last digit.
Upload the Appropriate Transfer Receipt: Make sure you upload a clear transfer receipt showing the valid amount, date, and time of the transaction.
After confirming the details accurately, our verification system will process your deposit. If all data matches, the deposit will be credited to your IDR wallet.
