Such issues are generally not permanent, but rather temporary obstacles caused by network congestion or latency fluctuations.
To effectively resolve this issue and ensure the success of your unstaking transaction, we recommend that you follow these steps:
Restart the device you are using.
Clear your device's cache.
Attempt the unstaking process again periodically, with an interval of 10 to 15 minutes between attempts.
If the issue persists when using the mobile app, we recommend trying the unstaking process via the official Indodax website (desktop or browser) first.
