Why can't I change the new number on a request for a number change that is currently under review?

If you have submitted a request to change your phone number using the “Lost Phone Number?” feature and the request is still being reviewed by the system, you cannot submit a new request.

If you try to access the feature again before the review process is complete, you will receive a pop-up notification stating: “Your request is under review” This notification serves as a security and validation system. Its purpose is to prevent you from proceeding with a new data change request.

We kindly ask you to be patient and wait for the review process of your previous request to be completed. Once your data change is approved or rejected, you will receive an email notification. Please wait for the processing of your data change request within 24 hours.
