Why was my OVO Deposit payment canceled?

  1. INDODAX
  2. Deposit Rupiah
  3. Via QRIS / E-Money

browse

To ensure efficiency and smooth transactions for all users, we have implemented a 60-second payment time limit. If a payment via OVO is not successfully completed within 60 seconds of the deposit request being made, the transaction will be automatically canceled by our system.

This is to:

  • Ensure that there are no pending or delayed transactions in our system.

  • Ensure that your account balance always reflects a valid payment status.

  • With automatic cancellation, you can immediately attempt a new deposit without having to wait for a lengthy process.

If your transaction is automatically canceled due to exceeding the time limit, you can restart the deposit process from the beginning. We urge you to always ensure your internet connection is stable and your OVO balance is sufficient before starting the deposit process to avoid cancellation.
