I didn't receive my activation e-mail from Indodax, what should i do?

Please wait a few minutes until your email enters the inbox. If you have not received the email after that, please check your spam, promotion, and social folders, or try to examine the capacity of your email inbox and ensure that there is still sufficient storage to receive emails.

If you have not yet received the email, kindly request a resend of the activation email through your INDODAX account page by clicking on the ‘resend’ option. In the event that you have entered an incorrect email previously, you can make changes to your email address by selecting the ‘change email address’ option.
