If you experience problems when using the biometric feature in your Indodax account, with the error notification that appears 'Biometric Invalid' then please uninstall or delete your Indodax application first. Then please reinstall the Indodax application, then try to log into the account. The first time you successfully log in, the biometric feature will automatically no longer be active on the account.
