Requesting an increase in the withdrawal limit on your Indodax account, currently can only be done through the Indodax website. Please follow the following guidelines first:
- Please login to your account through Indodax website at Indodax.com
- Choose 'Menu' in the top right corner
- Choose 'Profile & settings'
- In the withdrawal limit transaction information section click 'Change'
- Next, please complete all the data on the withdrawal limit increase submission form
- Click 'Check' on the section I agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Then 'Save'
