No, it won't. For your digital asset balance that enters the staking period, it will not appear in the estimated asset value that you have in your Indodax account. For Indodax account staking balances will be stored differently in the 'Portfolio' feature in the Staking menu. If you unstake the coin then your digital assets will rejoin the estimated asset value.
