How do I disable the biometric feature on my Indodax app?

The “Biometric” feature on the Indodax application is part of the Indodax member account security measures. If you want to disable the biometric feature on your Indodax application, here are the steps you can take:

  • Log in to your Indodax account
  • Select the “People” symbol in the upper right corner
  • Then select “Account Security”

  • Select “Disable”
