Member account creation can fail with the notification “An account with this ID No. already exists. Please check again” because the NIK (Population Identification Number) entered has already been registered in the Indodax system. This happens because currently, one NIK can only be used for one account on Indodax. If you experience this problem, it means that the NIK can no longer be used to create a new account. Please remember whether you have previously registered an account at Indodax. You don't need to worry if you don't remember, we recommend that you immediately contact the Indodax support team via email at support@indodax.com so that you can immediately create an account at Indodax. The support team will help provide the NIK constraint form. In the email, make sure you explain the problem completely so that the support team can handle the problem quickly and accurately.
